IGUAZÚ
Missiones province with its deep green forest, in contrast with the bright red of the ground (due to its ferrous minerals) it is not just the main place for the yerba mate plantations, green tea widely used in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and southern Brazil, but is also possesses one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Iguazu waterfalls. This amazing site is formed by 275 waterfalls surrounded by the jungle within the national park shared by the governments of Argentina and Brazil. Two thirds of the cascades are on the Argentine coast of the river where visitors can tour the falls through an elaborated web of manmade tracks and paths with resting points, since an entire tour with boat and train rides included can take up to two days. The semicircular waterfall in the heart of this site is some 80 m high and 2,700 m in diameter and is situated on a basaltic line spanning the border between Argentina and Brazil. Made up of many cascades producing vast sprays of water it is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. The surrounding subtropical rainforest has over 2,000 species of vascular plants and is home to the typical wildlife of the region: tapirs, giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, jaguars and caymans.

"The great adventure" It is the perfect and necessary combination for Iguazú Falls to penetrate yourselves up to your pores. Jungle: The first tour is 8 kms. in 4x4 vehicle ride through the Yacaratia trail, in the middle of subtropical forest of Paraná, admiring the flora and fauna of the area. Palm trees, palo santo, araucarias, ficus and hundreds of bromelias, orchids and miltoneas that wait to flourish seem to welcome us as they invite us to become part of the landscape.Unforgettable Navigation Rapids: Once there, you embark on a rubber boat and placed the lifejackets, and partly to hear inside the Iguazu River. Is a navigation of 6 kms through the lower Iguazú river with 2 kms of rapids. Waterfalls: The speedboats will break into the Devil´s Throat canyon and into the most important argentine falls.
